• Ad spend budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from management fees
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and credentials required for campaigns
• Respond to communication within 48 hours for time-sensitive matters
• Ensure ad account access and necessary permissions are provided

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and creative assets created by OKADS^® remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue figures, as these depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client cooperation.

7. Cancellation

Services may be cancelled with 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the current month's services already rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

OKADS^®' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India.

• Service Not Started: If you have paid but we have not yet commenced work, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
• Double Payment: If you have been charged twice in error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
• Service Non-Delivery: If OKADS^® fails to deliver agreed services without valid reason, a proportionate refund will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Services already delivered or partially rendered
• Ad spend paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms (these are governed by the respective platform's refund policies)
• Monthly management fees once the billing cycle has started
• Setup fees, strategy documents, or custom research reports
• Services cancelled mid-month without prior 15-day notice

4. Dissatisfaction with Results

Digital marketing results depend on many external factors. Dissatisfaction with results (such as rankings or lead volume) does not automatically qualify for a refund. However, we are committed to working with you to improve outcomes.
